Self-catering accommodation
  1. Please contact us by telephone: (00 33) (0)5 63 41 01 32 to enquire about availability and to make a provisional booking. If you prefer to contact us by email, please use the Availability Enquiry Form below.
  2. To confirm the booking, we ask for a non-returnable 25% deposit and a signed Booking Form (you can click on the link above to download a PDF version of the Booking Form, or ask us to send you one).
  3. The balance, along with a separate security deposit cheque for £100/152€, must be received by us not less than two weeks before the start date of your holiday.
  4. Payments may be made in pounds sterling or euros and cheques should be made payable to "Pippa Richmond-Brown".
Bed & Breakfast accommodation
  1. To enquire about availability or to make a booking, please either telephone us: (00 33) (0)5 63 41 01 32, or email us directly: info@masdesudre.com
  2. We do not ask for a deposit for Bed & Breakfast bookings.

Terms & conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to self-catering bookings only
  1. Lettings are from Saturday (4.00pm) to Saturday (10.00am).
  2. Bookings will be confirmed by us on receipt of the deposit: until this deposit is received the booking is not regarded as firm. The deposit is not refundable unless cancelled by us. The final payment must be made 2 weeks prior to arrival at Mas de Sudre.
  3. Do, please, make your own holiday insurance arrangements.
  4. We cannot accept liability for the actions of travel companies which you use and we will be under no obligation for cancellations, alterations or delays due to civil strike, industrial disputes, riots or civil disorder, fire, theft, accident, or any other problems connected with your journey or any event beyond our control.
  5. The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period.
